POOL FROG MINERAL RESERVOIR - IN GROUND POOLS 5400 SERIES - 01-12-5462br /br / Mineral Reservoir for King Tech Pool Frog 5400 Series of in ground pool chlorine and mineral systems.br /br / The Mineral Reservoir contains Pool Frog's EPA registered mineral formula and fits inside the Cycler. The minerals continually replenish themselves for added protection against bacteria, as well as keeping your pool's pH balanced by acting as an acid neutralizer. One Mineral Reservoir will last the full season or up to 6 months; use two reservoirs for year-round pools.br /br / When removing the old mineral cartridge you may hear some mineral material left over in the reservoir, this is normal and these minerals are inactive. Simply drop the new cartridge into the Pool Frog Cycler, lining up the slot on the reservoir with the fin in the bottom of the cycler. The mineral sanitizers in the reservoir become active as soon as they get wet. The mineral become inactive as soon as they get dry. If you remove the mineral reservoir for any reason, including closing the pool down for the season, you will need to get a new reservoir.br /br / Read more
